What are Zegal Payments Terms?
Our services are subscription-based and you must subscribe to Zegal for at least one year. However, there are two different ways you can pay for your subscription: once a month, or once a year.
By subscribing to a Zegal plan, your subscription to Zegal will start on the subscription date and last for twelve (12) months. It is important you understand that even if you choose to pay monthly, your subscription is for a minimum term of twelve (12) months.

When did I accept those payment terms?
In addition to the above, before making an online payment, you will be asked to confirm that you understand those terms, as shown below:
Where can I found my Contract Term and Next Payment Date?
Under your subscription in your settings, you will have your contract details. The dropdown will show you:
- your next payment date which is the next date when your credit card will be charged.
- your contract date which is the date when your 12 months commitment will expire.
Can I cancel within the first 12 months?
For users on a monthly plan, if you decide to cancel before the end of the Contract Term, you will be liable to pay us the monthly fee multiplied by the number of months remaining in the Contract Term as a cancellation fee. This is set out in our payment terms here.
What happens after 12 months?
Unless you notify us in writing of your decision not to renew your plan at least thirty (30) days before the end of the Contract Term, your subscription will automatically renew.
Can I cancel after 12 months?
When your Contract Term is past, you have the option to cancel your subscription with a thirty (30) days notice. You can cancel your subscription as follows:
1/ Go to your subscription page under your settings;
2/ Click on "cancel contract" next to "view contract details";
If the cancel option is not showing on your screen, it means that you are still within the first 12 months of your subscription. In that case, you can contact our support team via LiveChat or email to have more information on your situation.
