Your Zegal account is tied to an email address. If you have registered using the wrong email address or would like to change your email address in the course of your subscription, you can achieve that by adding the new email address as a new user.
Please note that this is a temporary solution and we are working on improving this process.
How to change your email address
1. Go to My Account in Settings;
2. Click on Organisation Profile, under Team Member, click on Add a member;
2. Fill in Your name and your new email address and click on Add member;
3. Optionally, remove the user with the email address that is not needed anymore.
Note: If your account is displaying "Buy more member seats", please contact the Client Services Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate your new email address. This change will be free of charge.
