Choose from hundreds of predefined Workflows to suit your organisation’s needs.
1. Access our activity template library. Click on either Start a new activity or (+) on the left navigation left. https://app.beta.zegal.com/document/choose
2. Select a Workflow from our library to start your activity. In this example, we have selected the Investment Workflow.
🚩 If you have early access to Zegal 1.0, the library of workflows will be limited to 3 fundraising workflows. We plan on adding more workflows later on.
3. Learn more about the workflow. If you'd like to know more about a Workflow before you start your activity, you can click on Summary. You will see a detailed view of the steps, including documents descriptions. Once you're ready, click on Use template.
4. Input the name of your activity.
5. Add team members who will be involved in your activity. Click on (+) add and enter the email address of the team member. If the person is not in your list of contacts, you can add them by clicking on Add new contact. You can then input their first name, last name, email, and phone number, and click on Add.
🚩 Team members are users who will participate in your activity. Once added, they will have access to all the steps within your activity. You will have the option once the activity is started to add or remove people from specific steps.
6. Start the activity. Click on Start activity.
