If you wish to reset your password, you can follow the procedure below:
How to reset your password
1. On the Sign in page, click on Forgot password.
2. Enter your email address and click on 'Send Me A Reset Link'.
3. Open the email sent to you and click on 'Reset my password'.
If you don't receive an email within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder.
For security reasons, the link to reset your password will expire after 24 hours. If you have not reset your password within that time, please restart the process.
4. After you click on 'Reset my password', you will be taken to a page to enter your new password. Enter your password in the password fields and click on Change Password.
You can now sign in with your email and the new password you just changed to.
How to change your password
1. Click on the ‘Settings’ by clicking on the profile card on the bottom left corner.
2. Click on the ‘Change Password’ under ‘My Profile’.
3. Enter your old password and new password. Click on 'Save'.
When you sign in the next time, you can use the new password you just set.
