If you are not a Zegal user yet and someone adds you to their organization, you can set up your account by following the steps given below:
1. You will receive the following email when someone adds you to their organization. Please click on the Set a password for your account and join button.
2. The link will take you to a page to set a new password. Enter your desired password in the Password box and then type the same password again in the Password confirm box. Then, click on the CHANGE PASSWORD button.
3. Once you have set your password, it will take you to the login page. Enter your email address in the Email Address box and the password you just set in the Password box. Then click on the SIGN IN button.
4. When you login in for the first time, you will be asked to confirm your email. You will receive an email to confirm the email. If you haven't received the link yet, click on the resend link as shown below.
5. The email to confirm the login email looks like the one below. Click on Confirm email button.
6. Once the confirmation of email is completed, it will take you to the following page notifying you that your email has been confirmed. Please click on the Take me to the app button.
7. After all these steps are completed, you will finally be able to log in and use the password. Enter your email and password in the respective boxes and you can use the app.
